Capital Anesthesia Partners is the premier integrated outpatient anesthesia practice.  As such, we only work with the highest-caliber providers. We are looking for professional, highly-skilled anesthesia specialists (physician anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists) who embrace safe-care practices and who strive to deliver customer service focused anesthesia services to our partner facilities.  We offer competitive pay, a friendly and courteous work environment, flexible schedules and day-time only shifts.  That means that you'll never work a night, weekend or holiday shift and you'll never be on-call.  Sorry, we do not utilize anesthesia assistants.

CAP and our clients currently serve the following locations: Maryland, Washington, DC, and Washington state.  We actively seek opportunities to provide anesthesia in other markets and will develop a presence in any state.
